Question 1

How does license tracking work?

Accepted Answer

Add each license, certificate, bond, or credential to the workspace with its renewal date and owner. RivetDocket keeps the requirement, supporting proof, and next action together so you can see what needs attention before a job is at risk.

Question 2

Who is RivetDocket for?

Accepted Answer

RivetDocket is for small electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-alarm, and similar trade teams that need a calmer way to manage compliance work. It is especially useful when one person is carrying the renewal calendar for the whole company.

Question 3

What happens to the documents I upload?

Accepted Answer

Certificates, forms, and other proof stay attached to the credential they support, so your team does not have to hunt through separate folders at renewal time. The company workspace gives you one place to review those records and keep them current.

Question 4

How do renewal alerts work?

Accepted Answer

RivetDocket gives your team a useful runway before a deadline, with reminders tied to the dates in your workspace. You can review what is coming up in the renewal calendar and act before an expiration becomes an emergency.

Question 5

How much does RivetDocket cost?

Accepted Answer

RivetDocket plans are shaped around your trade, team size, and compliance workflow, so you can start with the coverage you actually need. Visit the pricing page for the current plan details and the best next step for your company.

Question 6

Is state-specific guidance included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. RivetDocket starts with practical, state-specific renewal steps where requirements are verified, and the guidance grows trade by trade rather than pretending every state works the same way.

Question 7

Can I track employee and contractor credentials?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Keep the credentials, continuing-education records, and renewal dates for the people doing the work alongside your company-level licenses and certificates.
